The Ever Ready “Sky Countess” is a portable AM-only (MW/LW) and FM (VHF) battery-powered vacuum tube radio from 1958, featuring a vinyl-covered wooden carry case – this uses AD35 (1.5V LT) and B126 (90V HT) batteries.
